Winsor & Newton Permanent Masking Watercolor Medium

Winsor & Newton Permanent Masking Watercolor Medium is a non-removable, water repellent liquid designed for masking specific areas of paper, making it resistant to watercolor. When dry, this masking fluid will repel washes and omit areas, preserving the original color of the paper. It is excellent for creating detailed areas and highlights.

This watercolor medium should be applied directly to paper and allowed to dry completely before painting over it.

Please note: This medium can be tinted with small amounts of watercolor.
