Holiday Shipping
Order by 12 PM EST (noon) on Wednesday 12/13/23 for delivery by Friday 12/22*
This deadline does not apply to gift card purchases. Expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time. If an order is placed by the 12/13 cutoff but requires additional processing time due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible.

*Delivery service may not be available on Saturday 12/23. There will be no movement of any in-transit packages on Sunday 12/24-Monday 12/25.

FREE Ground Shipping on orders of $100 or greater*
$7 Flat-Rate Ground Shipping on orders between $70.00 - $99.99*
$12 Flat-Rate Ground Shipping on orders up to $69.99*

*Exceptions: Threshold must be met before sales tax to qualify. Gift Card purchases do not count towards any Free or Flat-Rate Shipping threshold.  Orders containing oversized or overweight items may not qualify (exceeding 36” in length, exceeding 25 lbs. in weight, or gallon sized paints/mediums). Not applicable to orders being delivered outside of the 48 contiguous United States. 

Most orders placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards always ship for FREE via USPS First Class Mail and usually arrive within 4-7 business days. USPS does not offer tracking for first class mail. We are unable to guarantee USPS delivery times.
  • We process Gift Card orders between the hours of 9am-5pm EST (Monday-Friday). 

Please allow 1 additional business day of processing if your order is placed after 12pm EST Monday-Friday, over the weekend, or on a U.S. holiday*.

*All A&C Supply locations are closed on the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

In addition, our Shipping Department is closed on Labor Day (first Monday in September). No UPS pickup or delivery service will be available on this day.

Exceptions: Our primary fulfillment center is located in Portland, ME. If any item(s) on your order are out of stock at this location, your order will likely ship from an alternate location. Occasionally, we may not be able to process and ship orders within the aforementioned time frame due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible, should your order require additional time to ship.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide or UPS Standard service.
  • Free and Flat-Rate Shipping offers do not apply to international shipments.
  • Shipping cost will be determined during checkout based on the size and weight of the package(s) and the destination.
  • Hazardous or flammable items cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous US.
  • Items delivered by truck, such as easels and tables, are not available for international shipment.
  • The recipient of an international shipment will be responsible for paying any applicable duty and tax upon delivery.

Out Of Stock & Backorder Policy

  • We cannot guarantee that all items will be available for immediate shipment. If any item(s) you purchase are back ordered, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
  • Backordered items ship to you at no additional cost as soon as they become available.
