Stillman & Birn Epsilon Series Sketchbooks

Stillman & Birn Sketchbooks give artists the choice of paper weight, shade, and surface best suited to their specific techniques. With both internal and surface sizing, Stillman & Birn papers have exceptional wet strength. Similarly, just as the paper's sizing slows down water absorption, pigment stays on the surface of the sheet. The result is remarkably vibrant color!

Stillman & Birn Epsilon Series paper offers artists a robust mixed media surface with a delightfully smooth finish that provides great support for fountain pens and calligraphy nibs. This is a paper that allows for a full range of pen and ink artwork techniques without feathering or bleeding, and also accepts light washes of wet media.
