Sennelier Oil Pastels, Set of 12 Artist Colors

Thank Picasso. The first 'oil pastels' were born from a collaboration between Henri Sennelier and the artist, who wanted a colored stick he could mark spontaneously on 'anything'. Oil pastels are colored pigments combined with a non drying oil and wax binder. Sennelier's oil pastels are of fine professional quality.
