Winsor & Newton Art Masking Fluid is a pigmented liquid composed of rubber latex and pigment, for masking areas of work needing protection when color is applied in broad washes. Art Masking Fluid can be used on a variety of surfaces and will work with watercolor, ink, or gouache. Dried masking fluid can be removed by the fingernail or a crepe eraser (aka Rubber Cement Pik Up). Do not apply on damp or soft-sized paper. Remove as soon as possible after application. Brushes can be cleaned if washed immediately with water after use.
