Gamblin Artist’s Grade Dry Pigments
Gamblin
Pigments are used to create a variety of painting media such as oils, acrylics, watercolors, egg tempera, and encaustic paints. For oil painting, artists can make oil color by hand by mixing pigment(s) with refined linseed oil to form a stiff paste, then milling the paste with a glass muller.
Gamblin Artist’s Grade Dry Pigments are top-quality pigments at an honest price. Gamblin pigments are 100% pure and the same pigments used in Gamblin Artist's Oil Colors. They are finely ground so artists can easily bring out the greatest potential of each color.
Tip: Artists should protect themselves when handling all powdered pigments with a quality dust mask or respirator, gloves, and protective eyewear. The same pigment that is safe to work with suspended in a binder can be harmful to breath into the lungs as dust.
