A dense black ink formulated to create tones in varying shades of gray with the addition of water, making it perfect for delicate washes.

• Specifically made for Chinese art techniques, but suitable for all ink work, painting, drawing and calligraphy.

• Chinese inks produce slightly cooler tones than Japanese inks.

• Because this is a pigment ink, not a dye ink, it should not be used in refillable pens.
