Amsterdam Heavy Gel Medium

Amsterdam offers a full range of basic acrylic mediums that are versatile and affordable. Gels alter the viscosity and extend an acrylic paint. Available in Matte or Gloss.

A heavy gel adds more heft and a regular gel extends the paint without substantially altering the viscosity. Gloss gels make the paint dry shiny and matte gels provide a matte finish. Gels are clear when they dry.
